CONCENTRATED BIOLOGICAL ACTIVE

A highly active multi-functional product for surface cleaning, drain clogs, grease traps, septic tanks, animal waste and for controlling the toughest industrial wastewater treatment and odor problems.

Surface cleaning & deodorising: Use CBA to clean walls and other surfaces through spray method or by mopping the floors. For washroom and toilet surfaces, it is recommended to use full strength and apply uniformly, particularly on areas where spills can occur.

Carpet, upholstery & fabric: Add 50ml.CBA to every 5 ltr of mixed cleaning solution or with water and apply with sprayer to soak until spot or odor has been eliminated. Repeat application if necessary .

Odor control: Add 1 parts CBA to 3 parts water to spray or mop on floors or other surfaces and do not rinse.

Drain pipes: Shake well before use. CBA works best when allowed to work uninterrupted, say overnight when minimum drain water is discharged. For slow drains, pour 125ml. to 250ml. of CBA directly into each drain, shower, lavatory, kitchen sink or commode and add 1 cup of warm water to activate the product. (Let stand overnight. Repeat in two or three days. If drain have not improved, check for obstruction) 

Maintenance dosage: Add 100ml. every 2 weeks into each drain opening.

ALL-PURPOSE BIOLOGICAL CLEANER & DEODORISER

An economical, quick acting All-Purpose Cleaner for toilets, floors and drains maintenance.

FLOOR CLEANER – Add 50ml. to 10 ltrs of water, mop thoroughly on floor surfaces and allow to dry. Dispose mop water into drains or sinks after cleaning will enhance the bioactive action throughout plumbing lines.

TOILET BOWL CLEANER – Use daily, pour evenly or spray onto toilet bowl surfaces and leave overnight. For heavy encrustation, use bowl mop or brush.

DRAIN LINES & DOWN PIPES – Pour 50ml.to 100ml. daily in shower, sink and tub drain will keep pipes free flowing and clear of grease, fat and other solid waste.
